CERTIFICATION AND AUTHENTICITY

All pieces are made in Portugal, with silver 925.  The pieces are certified by INCM - Imprensa Nacional - Casa da Moeda, S.A. INCM provides this assurance by checking the legal touch (precious metal per thousand contained in an alloy) and the application of contrast with the responsibility mark, manufacturer or equivalent.

 

Warranty

All la base jewellery has two years warranty. The warranty does not cover the natural oxidation of the Silver or visible marks of misuse. To ensure this item lasts longer, we recommend that you do not spray perfume directly onto it. Clean the product regularly with a cloth.

We accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Apple Pay. You can also contact us via email for alternative payment methods.

 

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship from the time payment is received.

We offer free shipping on all items in Portugal and free international shipping on orders over 70 EUR.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification.

 

RETURNS

We accept returns of items within 14 days of the initial order date. The jewellery must be in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for all shipping costs involved in the returning of an item.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges of items within 14 days of the initial order date. The jewellery must be in its original packaging and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
